Two tanks, each with a capacity of 500 liters.
A 0.65 kW pump with a flow rate of 2500 liters per hour and a pressure of 2.6 bars to ensure efficient circulation of the cleaning liquid.
A 9 kW immersion heater in one of the tanks to maintain the liquid at an optimal temperature.
Sterile cold water inlet (sterile filtration optional).
Sterile air inlet (sterile filtration optional).
Two dosing pumps to accurately and precisely dose products such as caustic soda or acid.
Conductivity sensors to calculate the concentration of additives and ensure effective washing.
Level sensors, pressure sensors, flow sensors, temperature sensors, and others are also integrated for complete process control.
